Sale

MG will keep updating the selling price, product information and stock level on online shop. MG reserves the right to make any modifications on price, information and quantity without prior notice, final order confirmation is subject to the stock availability. We will contact you before the delivery via email if the product(s) is out of stock.

Delivery Service

Goods will ship via courier to recipient. Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery cost and all other relevant fee arise shall bone by recipient. If the delivery address has been changed, please contact us immediately for further arrangement.

Delivery Time

Hong Kong Area: You can expect to receive your order within 4-7 business days when we have the item in stock. Overseas (incl. PRC): Our Customer Service Team will contact you direct to provide product details, shipping arrangement and payment method. In case the desired product is not in stock at the time of ordering, our customer service team will contact you by email to make arrangement.

Packaging Safety

We insure all shipments against lost and damage while they are in transit from MG to the recipient address. As soon as the shipment has been signed for at the agreed address, the insurance will lapse. If your package is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you make a note that you are receiving a damaged package when signing for the shipment.

After Sales Service

Force Majeure

MG is excused from performing its supply obligations where and so long as prevented from doing so by reason of events beyond its reasonable control. MG will endeavor to notify customer of the delay and its expected duration. If so prevented for longer than a reasonable.

Other Terms

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the People’s Republic of China and MG agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. MG may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, MG determination shall be final. Where these terms and conditions are available in Chinese, the English version is the governing version and shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the two versions.
